Would give 0 stars if I could. It’s 6 minutes away from our hotel and took 2 hours to get here. I called the store, got the call center of course and they couldn’t get a hold of the store on my behalf. The pizza is so burnt it’s nearly inedible and the breadsticks ARE burnt enough we can’t eat them. Terrible food, terrible service.

We ordered two pizzas with pretty specific toppings, two different orders of buffalo wings, and Hershey's chip brownie bars, and everything came to us exactly as ordered. They even delivered 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Thank you!

Ordered 1 large pizza for takeout. Paid for it when I got there 20 minutes after ordering. Said it would be 10 minutes so I waited. After waiting 20 minutes I finally asked if my pizza was ready and the lady, who I just paid, asked for my name and then said yes (it had been ready in the warmer for over 10 minutes.) I ordered 1 large with pepperoni and sausage. They said they were out of larges (???????) and gave me two mediums instead.... sweet I thought... one was pepperoni the other was sausage. It's kind of funny but pretty sad.

Seriously the most poorly run operation in town. You can even call them directly to find out where your order is (that was ordered 90 mins ago). You get sent to a national call center. Great job, clowns. There are so many other options when it comes to pizza delivery in the area. Not sure why the hell we chose this store. Never again. If you are the franchise owner of this establishment, please sell it and try your hand at something else.

An hour after placing my order for delivery, I ended up at their order counter my self. The order arrived promptly, but was incorrect. No big deal right? I tried to call the store 7 times. I kept being routed to a call center that was of no help and kept transferring me to the store, where they would not answer. After enough attempts and the wrong pizza getting cold, I decided to hop in my truck and drive down there (totally defeating the point of ordering delivery in the first place) thinking maybe their phone system is down. When I walked in I could hear the phone ringing, it was me still trying as I walked in. There was a woman at the counter ready to take my order. I thought maybe I should sign to her in ASL since she must be mute or deaf to not hear the phone going nuts but it turned out she spoke just fine. She was polite and brought the manager over. After explaining my problem, he issued me a refund including what I tipped the driver.
