Our pizza is 30 min late and I can’t reach the store, no one has called...nothing. Very disappointed.

Once I ordered a pizza for my teenage son and his friend and, of course, they did not hear the door bell when the pizza was delivered. About an hour later I called the store and figured out what happened and they were very helpfull and made a fresh pizza and redelivered.
