It's unusual to find healthcare practitioners nowadays that will be honest if they don't know an answer, and then take the extra steps to find out and follow up. They have a small staff, so it's not uncommon to have to wait to check in/out, or have some difficulty contacting them by phone- but they make up for it with long appointment times, answering all your questions and being as thorough as possible.
No other practitioners would be so thorough and informed as this team of practitioners. They are up to date on the latest research, they have so much compassion and give you so much hope!
I called twice during regular business hours (12:41) and no one answered. Also they changed my appointment time and date without confirming with me. Very unprofessional.
