Booked a economy size at about 12:30pm for 2:30pm the same day. Got there and they did not have the economy size left and upgraded to a Mazda 3 in great condition (I think it's a 2010). It even has a GPS mounted which I was not charged for due to not needing one, but I can still use the GPS free of cost if I wish.
The agent who checked the car out to us was the same when we returned it. She was a great representative for hertz. Thank you. Our car was a keeper. Well done Hertz. It is this type of service that keeps us coming back to you.
