A lot of the reviews here are pretty old - so maybe it was under different management - I was not pressured to buy a membership, I was simply handed a brochure. There are tip guidelines in the rooms but I do not feel like that's trying to get tips - I find it very helpful as I usually have no idea what to tip someone who has made me feel so amazing.
Terrible customer service. They screwed up my appt time (and therefore the length of service) so they wouldn't allow me to use my voucher. No matter how many times I call to get it straightened out no one knows or they just don't call me back.
Let me start with this - I've read a lot of complaints about being hounded, bothered, hung up on, not able to make an appointment etc...I've had none of these experiences. The receptionist is always friendly and accommodating in my appointment scheduling. My appointment has always started right on time and my massage therapist - Riley - is amazing. He makes the entire experience very relaxing and effective. He listened closely when we talked prior to the massage and focused on the issues I had brought up. After the massage was over he gave me some great tips on how to take care of my body to keep it from seizing up again.
I recommend this business and Riley to all of my friends and family members and I am counting down the days until my next massage!
Wonderful place. Had a couple massage with my girl and it was so relaxing.
I called an set up my brother for a massage for his birthday and the receptionist was amazing. He arranged everything so that all my brother had to do was walk in and give his name and the rest was taken care of for him - which is exactly how I wanted it to go. He really enjoyed his experience there as well!
I have been a member here for years, went almost every month as I could, the therapists are amazing and I didn't have any issues with any of them. However their customer service is ridiculously horrible, as a "platinum member" my credit card was stolen and so my dues didn't go through, they started calling me to collect and when I finally got to calling them they told me my account was being sent to collections for being two months past due. I then asked to cancel my membership and they said they can't cancel a membership that isn't current. WOW. Also, they cannot process a cancellation over the phone, I had to fill out a form online to do it. Don't get caught up in the membership, it is a trap, no real value and they don't let you transfer credits or do anything with unused ones. Too bad, great massage therapists, terrible service. So they will keep billing me for services I cannot cancel until I pay the past months' fees. I hope this company figures out that I would've never left if they would have showed one bit of understanding and tried to help fix the issue.
