I left a scathing review after my first visit. I was NOT happy. The second trip was great. Food is awesome but a bit over priced. The staff is extremely friendly. My one complaint is that it is literally as cold inside as it is outside in the winter. Please fix heat problem. It was hard to enjoy the food.
If you like waiting in line forever this is the place is for you. There was literally 20 people working in the kitchen and 20 people waiting to order. No one was eating. We stood in line for 40 minutes and once we ordered it was another 15 watching them prepare. I loathe this new concept where you stand in line to order.
Like an Italian Chipotle but better and healthier! Seriously my favorite quickish restaurant ever! The food is so fresh and the dishes are so unique. Service is quick. The restaurant style is similar to Noodles and Co.. Italian sodas, fresh teas, garlic dough... Vegan friendly. Yum!
Just discovered this place a couple weeks ago--we all loved it! It's sorta like a modern Italian version of Chipotle. Try the Porcetta Sandwich! They have a good kids meal and plenty of options for everyone. Although you can order it if you'd like, this isn't just another pasta spot. You need to try it!
Preface - We've loved Piada since they were first introduced to the MSP area, and have attended all their soft opens. That said, the food is always great and tastes/feels fresh. It's a unique menu and changes seasonally, which keeps things interesting. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating - even when it involves serving (and cleaning after) our small children.
