Been coming here since the kids were little. They are always so excited to come, no matter what the movie is. It's just such a joy. The movies are shown in great quality, the lines are greatly efficient almost all of the time. There is occasionally a mess, but we usually get there early, meaning that the cleaning crew hasn't had a chance to clean up the theater yet. Overall, they show great movies and I would recommend to anyone.
Went to see the new Star Wars tonight. The theatre looks great since the renovations. However, they started doing assigned seating.....I ended up standing through the entire movie! Because they over booked the theatre! Next time I want to see a movie in the theatre i think I will go to carmike!
Like the theaters convenience and proximity to my house. Has plenty of screens. They just newly renovated their seats and put in "reclining seats" they put your legs like 1 ft. off the ground I understand why they did it. They didn't want to remove additional seats and can't allow them to fully recline and allow guests to pass by. Whoever did quality control of testing the seats probably said well its better than before and good enough. I can tell you that if I have time I will be going to Eden Prairie or Burnsville where the seats fully recline. I found myself more uncomfortable than in the seats they had before. Other than that I like the theater and wish they would have done it right. Seems like a short sighted half step
The movie theater itself is okay. The people working were awful. We ordered a medium popcorn which was only filled 3/4 of the way and my husband asked for a cup just for water. The man hands him this tiny (6 or 8 ounce) cup. He asks for a bigger one and the man said it was going to be $5. You really can't just give me a fountain drink cup so I can have water throughout the movie and then you only fill the popcorn 3/4 of the way? We will think twice before coming here again. Extremely disappointed.
Love that I can reserve my seats and the theater is clean. BUT they pester you to renew your Premier membership and have a separate line. My son and I missed the first 5 minutes of Justice League on November 17th because the employees at the concession stand kept taking people from the other line ahead of us. This happens often. When you try to get a manager or call them for resolution, they either hang up on you or act like they just don't care. Best bet is to call AMC Corporate because the people at this location just don't give af.
