Meh. 1980 called and wants it furniture store back. It's not bad, per se, it's just not great. Feels empty.
Peggy is fantastic, she helped uy's try out beds, talked to our son, and gave us time to talk about what one worked for us. She is the best!!!
VERY disappointed with our experience at Macy’s furniture. Ordered a sofa 14 weeks ago, only to have a love seat show up. I have sat on the phone for hours with these people trying to figure it out. We finally got so frustrated we just cancelled it all. Of course, they charged our credit card and we don’t receive the funds 5-7 business says AFTER pick up... and we have to work around their schedule for pick up. Unbelievable the way this company does things. I wish it felt like customer service gave a damn, but they did not. We hauled a trailer 10 hours one way to have this sofa (they don’t deliver all the way out to our home, so we had to have it delivered to a family members home). We spent about $400 in traveling expensives to have no sofa to bring home and no sorry from Macy’s. Luckily, we were able to stop in at Conlins in Bismarck and are going home with an awesome sofa the same day. The stress is not worth it, trust me!! Unfortunately, we will not be doing any sort of shopping at Macy’s again and we both have done A LOT of shopping there... they no longer have our business or our family’s business.

Pretty good variety. Quality furniture. A great bunch of guy salesmen. The women are a bit slow with the selling but alright.
