I had issues exchanging some dining room chairs (which we have had less than a year), customer services wasn’t the easiest to work with. They weren’t able to find the order by our name. So, I had to track down all my order’s numbers for them to find it. This process took 3 days. Then they would not deliver the new chair, I had to go to their warehouse for the exchange. Wasting my Saturday morning on a chair I thought that would be in great shape for years. I have another chair breaking currently and I am dreading the call I have to make to customer services. I am very disappointed because I have other pieces from Crate and Barrel that I love but after all of this I might be shopping other places.

We were charged a $27 late fee on a $38 bill. Our check was written and mailed three days prior and was entered into the Crate and Barrel system one day late. We have closed our account, but wish others to be aware of their business practices.
Always very friendly and helpful staff that don't push sales. Today had a great experience on a busy Saturday with an associate named Erik who asked me a couple key questions to learn about what I was looking for and he showed me a few great options, gave me some printed literature on a few pieces as well as catalogs, and ensured I was satisfied before letting me get on with my other shopping in the store. Been here several times this year, and today was another great experience and thought it made sense to spread the word on a store with a great staff.
