Wired money to purchase a vehicle. Was later told by Ian, the salesman, that they had put the vehicle back up in the air to do one more safety inspection and found a crack in the frame. He said he sincerely apologized that we can't move forward and that if it's any consolation it'll ultimately be scrapped. After calling the shop mechanic I found out that the vehicle wasn't inspected further. Spoke with Thomas, the salesmanger, and he indicated that the truth was that they had taken a deposit a few days before. It's highly questionable as to why there was a wire accepted despite there being a deposit and as Thomas had sent an email to Ian with the wire banking information.
As always, my visit to the service department at Key Cadillac was excellent! Although their schedule was busy, they found a way to get my car in to have tires put on so that I could take my road trip without worry that I would have issues. I have told everyone I know about how great this service team is, and will continue to do so.
I cant say enough good things about Key Cadillac! They met my requests, the vehicle was an amazing deal and I love it, the entire sale and financing part of it was super fast and easy, these guys are the best. I will be buying all my future vehicles from them and refer my friends and family as well.

My vehicle had suffered a flat tire this past weekend when I was out of town in Frederick WI; there was nobody in or near Frederick that had the ability to fix the tire so I was stuck. I called Key Cadillac and within hours Dave (their service guy) arrived and replaced my tire at no cost so I could continue with my weekend plans. I truly feel that these guys care, they continue to go out of their way to help when it's needed. I highly recommend Key Cadillac, second to none in my opinion...
