Tastes like a fake, chain-store experience. Great Harvest is better. Food does not taste home-made, like at a small bakery. The 50th & France area deserves better. I don't recommend. Byerly's bakery next door is better.
I will say first that the bread and bread-like products here are excellent. However, I really want to acknowledge the owner for the time he took out of his day to give our group of folks with brain injuries a tour of the place. They made loaves of bread together, and then he drove across town to deliver a dozen bags of the bread they made, along with assorted other goodies. That's the kind of business I want to deal with!
